there are a lot of reasons to like jesus imo but among my favourites is he conquered death and rose from the grave and his first thought was "time for some hilarious goof-em-ups."

i like the gospels of John and Mark bc they are both very different but they both take as given that if you cram God into a human body he's gonna be deeply weird as a person
