Coming into this I was prepared to lose my appetite. I was correct.
My description of what I saw:
Oozing infected pus.
The kills; brutal isn't even a strong enough word.
Maggots.
Blood. Blood. blood
Fights scenes that will make the game Mortal Kombat piss in its pants.

It got to the point where I just started laughing.
