Round 2 is approaching the coast now and will spread heavy snow inland this evening through Saturday! Cold temperatures and breezy winds will continue. Another system will arrive late Sun - Mon. Expand the thread for all the details! #wawx
One change to the forecast is the potential for freezing rain along the Washington coast as well as portions of the Cascade Foothills & Passes from I-90 southward tonight - early Saturday. Here's a look at the details! #wawx
Fri PM - Sat Snow:
Heavier, more widespread snow expected. Forecast is still largely on track! Snow will move up from the SW after 5pm & Puget Sound after 9pm.

Winds FRI PM - Sat:

Winds will remain breezy across portions of Whatcom County & the San Juan Islands. East winds downsloping off the Cascades will increase tonight. Strong east winds may act to limit higher snow totals east of I-5 & I-405. Weaker winds will = more snow. #wawx
