I “couldn’t,” TB would remind me HOW I CAN.

The plan never was to represent him initially. But when I came to him 2 years ago with my plan for my agency, he saw the value & took a chance.

When I eventually proved to him I can do just as good of a job

as any in this industry, he gave me a chance. I had to earn it, but once I did, he saw me for the value I could provide, regardless of my gender.

People don’t talk about that enough.
