Something that's been coming up with people I've been coaching is leaving your job. When do you 'know it's time to leave'?

It never feels like there's a clear delineation between "I want to stay" and "I need to leave." It feels like more of a slow build.
Are you growing in your job? Do you have more skills today than you did six months ago? Do you know what path your career is going to take? Are you moving in that direction?
Are you supported in your job? Do you have the resources to actually do what you need to do? If something bad happens, is there a healthy way to deal with it? Are you undermined?
Is there sexims, racism, ageism, ableism, homophobia ect at a level that's okay for you? Our work places are never fully free of these things, but they need to be at a manageable level and the company should be working to resolve them.
Are you burned out? Is there a way to recover from burnout at your job? What happens when you have a medical, mental, or physical issue?
There's not often one thing that entices us to leave the places we're working. It's usually a lot of things and they pile up until we realize we can't breathe and haven't been able to breathe for a long time.
