2. I would also ask if Trump is blameless for calling thousands to the Capitol and fueling passions before sending them to the Capitol. Even assuming that this case does not meet the standard for criminal incitement, the Senate can convict him for a non-criminal act, correct?
3. You stated that we should not take away the decision of voters by disqualifying the former president, but didn't the Framers expressly allow for that act in the Constitution? They knew that the Senate would intervene in such cases to take away this choice for voters, correct?
