Some of the most elite talents in Germany go to Bayern. Rightly so.

PSG let foreign clubs buy up all Ligue 1’s best talents then sign overpriced players from foreign leagues. Wouldn’t even buy squad fillers from L1.

PSG price, yes, but there’s always leverage to use (academy). https://twitter.com/brfootball/status/1360300681475862528
It’s not a strategy I agree with. Danilo Pereira is an example of that kind of signing. So many options they could have picked up from L1.

They’re allowing Simakan go. That’s the latest case. Doesn’t make sense.
You gotta make playing for PSG be the dream for every young talent coming up in France - except maybe OM boys.

The way to do it is to create that path - let them see that if they ball out in L1, they have a great chance of ending up there and it guarantees them NT call-ups.
You know that if you ball in Germany, Bayern will check you out. If they feel you’re elite, they’ll most likely sign you. If you land in Bayern, you know your NT call-up is likely (if you come good) and they’ll actually push the PR for you & fight for your interests.
Been preaching this forever.
