no matter what you’ve been through, you’re still here. you may have been challenged, hurt, betrayed, beaten & discouraged but nothing has defeated you. you’re still here.. you may have been delayed but not denied.. you’re not a victim, you’re a victor!
never worry about who will be offended if you speak the truth. worry about who will be misled, deceived & destroyed if you don’t speak up.
truth is, if nobody sheds light on what is being done in darkness, it’ll never stop
blaming a sexually assaulted victim isn’t the right thing to do because it could have been YOU.
“how could you let this happen” she never allowed it, she fought hard but as we all know you can’t win every battle but you can always survive
“boys are meant to love this” yes but don’t you think we all decide what we love or hate? you don’t get to make that choice for anyone
“you shouldn’t have gone there” i was there but didn’t ask to be assaulted, abused or hurt.. im human, i only wanted to feel among not to be broken
“you dressed like you wanted it” no, she dressed how she wants which don’t mean “abuse me” but you’re too selfish to think both ways
