Versatility or being able to play different assignments within a zone is a big thing I'm looking for in any free agent/prospect in the secondary

Washington likes to disguise zone coverages by making it look like man pre-snap. You need someone who's comfortable in different zones
Here's an example of what I mean. here's a picture of the play pre-snap. Washington's showing man by having Darby, Moreland, and Fuller line up over the three receivers to the field. But after the snap they'll rotate to a Tampa 2 look
Here's the play in full. Normally Darby would stay outside and play the flats. But in order to disguise it better, he lines up over the receiver and now his assignment is anything deep over the middle
Another example. Washington's showing a single-high look pre-snap but post-snap they rotate to an inverted Tampa 2. The outside corners are now responsible for their deep half side of the field and the deep safety needs to step up and play anything over the middle
