RULE?
The Byrd Rule limits extraneous provisions from being included in reconciliation bills. It also prevents the use of reconciliation to move legislation that’s unrelated to spending or taxes.

While Congress continues to work toward a bipartisan agreement, it would be irresponsible to not use every tool we have to advance the #AmericanRescuePlan.
