It’s my last day at WSB and it’s bittersweet. Growing up in Atlanta, WSB was always on in the background. I knew one day this was where I wanted to work. But life happens and things change. While my journey is taking me outside of news, here’s what I can tell you: (1/4)
The people at WSB-TV are some of the best and brightest in the biz. You will NEVER meet anyone who works harder to keep you informed about what’s happening in your communities. (2/4)
Even in a harsh political climate and a time where people always want to blame “fake news”, these people are STRONG. Their dedication to YOU (the viewer) does not waver. If you’re even still reading this, I’ll close by saying this: (3/4)
Give the news a break, take your biases OUT of the equation and approach it the same way these dedicated journalists do every day. I may be leaving WSB, but it’s not leaving me. It will forever be MY local station. (4/4)
