For 200 years the wealthy have been telling us the planet is overpopulated and something needs to be done. It wasn't true in the 1800s, it's still not true today. Somehow, even though their doomsday prophecies never go anywhere, they keep going decade after decade...
When people started questioning obscene levels of wealth around a sea of poverty and deprivation, an Englishman named Thomas Malthus came up with a theory that basically said poverty was caused by population growth. Ever since then, the rich have clung onto this justification
To put this into perspective, Malthus wrote his "Essay on the Principle of Population" in 1798―223 years ago―when the world's population was under 1 billion.

These people were advocating for depopulation when there was virtually no one on the planet
Now, whenever anyone campaigns for reforms to the economic systems which are clearly designed to perpetuate poverty and inequality, the rich simply shrug and say "it's not our fault, there's just too many of you having too many kids"
These are of course globalist sociopaths who see this theory of overpopulation as a perfect opportunity to exercise their basest desire to rid the world of ordinary people, based on status, heredity, race and wealth. "Overpopulation" gives them the perfect disguise
They are the misanthropes hiding behind loud talk of saving the environment while harbouring plans of mass-murder. The masses are none the wiser, thinking there's no way anyone could be that evil, and they would never succeed anyway because humans are "resilient". Peak naïvette.
Back to "overpopulation". Firstly food: The complete output of all the farmland on the planet currently in use is enough to comfortably feed 10 billion people. That's 3 billion more people than are living today, and this does not include the land that remains untouched...
So, the argument that "food security" is in danger because of too many people is absolute nonsense considering the world's population growth rate is declining and is expected to plateau at around 11 billion in 2100. There's plenty land to feed everyone
Hunger and famine in poor countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America is artificially manufactured to give the impression that it is caused by the population growth in these places, whilst food produced here is being shipped off overseas to end up in dumpsites
For obvious reasons, the food shortage myth has been discredited, so the depopulation globalists have moved on to the next best excuse they can find: "climate change"
As American comedian Bill Maher put it, "the best thing you can do for Earth is not have kids, die, and stay dead".

For decades, the globalist death cult has been drumming it into people's psyche that their actions and existence is bad for the planet. Remember Captain Planet?
A closer look shows that population numbers, and/or density have no correlation to pollution. For instance, Canada, Australia, Iceland & Greenland are among the least densely populated places, yet they have per capita carbon footprints up to 3.5X higher than the global average
Countries with the highest per capita carbon footprints are Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar. These countries are not densely populated: Kuwait has 200 people per square km, UAE 99, and Saudi Arabia only 15. The world's population has nothing to do with pollution!
In fact, 70% of greenhouse gasses emitted in the past 33 years have been produced by just 100 multinational corporations. Not ordinary people like you and I, yet the globalist's focus is squarely aimed at getting rid of you and I, "to save the planet's future"
It begs to repeat that the narrative that poverty, unemployment, housing, homelessness, education, health and every other social issue is caused by overpopulation is very convenient to the capitalist establishment so they keep doing what they've been doing
"First, we've got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent" - Bill Gates
We've seen that population has nothing to do with environmental degradation, so why would it be the first thing Gates focuses on? The answer is he's a eugenicist, hates ordinary people & dreams of a future where only he & those like him populate the planet https://twitter.com/SizweLo/status/1356266652606861312?s=20
As long as we're still naïve about what the agenda of the wealthy is, it will succeed. It's still far from completion, but it's definitely being pursued with even greater determination
