You hate to see stories like this. So many people who found wealth in their early years end up blowing it out on bottle service and lambos and unsustainable lifestyles.

To all of you young people who made a killing off Bitcoin, Tesla, etc, this advice thread is for you. 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
1) Live below your means. Don’t get a penthouse or fancy apartment. There are perfectly good homes you can buy in low-cost areas like Gary, Indiana. Like this one!
2) Diversify your assets. It’s very nice to have made a boat load of money off one YOLO trade. However, YOLO trade after YOLO trade is not sustainable.

A good portfolio should have 40% EV stock, 50% crypto currencies, and 10% bonds.
3) Keep an emergency fund of cash only. Life comes at you fast, and you want to have sufficient liquidity to manage crises.

I recommend putting aside $50k under your mattress. Send me your address so I can verify that you have done this. (I can be your accountability buddy.)
4) Sign a prenup. It takes a lifetime to build up wealth. It takes one divorce to lose half.

If you sign a prenup, you can cheat in peace and no longer have to care about what your spouse thinks.
5) Seek professional help. Finances can be complicated! But if you talk to a professional, they can help make sense of it all.

My firm is accepting new clients at a very low 80% management fee (life insurance included). Inquire in DMs!
