2/3 Not only that, often they are not taught the same curriculum as in schools. I've had grade A students being excluded, going to a pupil referral unit, and their academic ability is being totally eroded. They're loosing interest in all manner of ways...
3/3 There needs to be a lot more protection for these children. There needs to be strategy from the ground up. When professionals see this happening, it's not another folder on my desk. We need to go in, and think what does this young person really need.
