Hello. If you are feeling burnt out you are not alone.
We've had extra cortisol running around our bodies for nearly a year-fight/ flight response activated + lack of outlets to help cope. It's normal to feel crap so no need to minimise or deny it. Be kind to yourself. x
I think it's easy to forget that burnout/ fatigue is a completely valid response.

What might be difficult is figuring out what we can do for ourselves - small but important actions and adjustments to our routines that might help reduce stress.
Whatever our circumstances, our shared experience is one of long term stress, enforced change, uncertainty and grieving at the loss of the experiences and company of people we love.
