You're not a burden if you are living in constant anxiety or depression
Don't see asking for help as a weakness, we all need help sometimes
it's okay to be unmotivated, overwhelmed with uncertainty or to be sad right now, but things will get better.
Be proud of yourself for surviving all the difficult times you have had to face.
Being positive all the time is unrealistic, you are allowed to feel a spectrum of emotions.
it's okay to be affected by things you thought you had overcome, healing is not linear.
You are valued and you are loved more than you know.
