when you are doing something you want to do but feel inauthentic or silly doing it, often it's just your mind not yet keeping up with the self. give your word machine a little bit of time to catch up with what you're doing
e.g: i am at dance class, "why are you dancing, you don't do dance, you're not meant to be doing that", yes i am mind, i'm doing it right now, see? "oh okay yes i see now, you are a dancer"
and apply this to being vegan, to being an artist, to being kind, to being happy, to being brainy, to being an amazing lover or friend, your mind is a bit slower than your self so just let it recalibrate gently before you freak out and start believing it!
