Lance looks good in play action. The WR runs a curl, Lance gets out of the fake and immediately hits his first read who gains separation off the break and gets a good amount of YAC.
Sweet God, Lanceâs run style is fun to watch. Heâs not afraid to just plow over guys. He does his best Jerome Bettis impression on his way to the end zone off a fake WR jet sweet and run up the middle
Piss missiles arenât exclusive to Zach Wilson because my LORD. Another play action and then itâs one on one downfield. Lance drops it in the literal ONLY spot he could in the bread basket for a deep TD. Someone get me a fan.
Just good ball placement on the short pass to the tight end on a shallow curl. Low to the outside away from the DB. Little things like that matter.
Again, a pass off play action from the I-Formation. Lance gets pressured, but the defense doesnât account for the FB breaking to the flat. Lance deals with the defender in his face and makes a good throw on the run.
Donât think Lance can make plays as a pocket passer? Think again. Butler sends pressure, and the LB plays too far off of the TE. Lance steps up and delivers a strike for the TD.
More of the same. Play action, rolling right, and a dart on the run to the slot WR on the corner route.
More perfect ball placement from Lance. Another strike from the pocket that results in a TD. The TE breaks to the inside and Lance puts the perfect touch on the ball to get it over the defenders fingertips.
The man is a LB playing QB, I mean look at his run style. Hes quick and lowers his shoulder to gain extra yards at the end of the play.
I sound like a broken record. Play action out of the I. Pressure gets to Lance but he shakes off the would-be sack, scrambles to the right and delivers another TD.
Sweet. Heavens. Lance is a young Cam Newton with the arm of Kyler Murray. This run is absolutely absurd.
