Anytime I’ve approached a hot topic with nuance and a listening ear I’ve been surprised by peoples receptivity, on and offline
Trouble arises when you go into a conversation assuming you have an opponent
I assume if I have a concern chances are this person who wants to converse with me will understand if not share my concern.

Especially if I dont implicitly blame them for said concern lol which a lot of “pro vs anti” mentality leads to
