Unpopular opinion I probably shouldn't say outloud: I'm kind of side-eyeing all the East Asians suddenly upset that elderly Asians are getting pushed when they didn't organize around elderly South Asians that were pushed/stabbed/murdered for the past 2 decades of islamophobia.
In L.A. we created Vigilant Love to bring together East-Asian/Muslim solidarity - FOR THIS VERY REASON. Our social justice is tied up with one another.

Anyways, I keep receipts.
The whole reason why Hate Crimes work - not hate crimes policies but people simply attacking people based on race - is cuz it works & not enough people stood in solidarity with the chosen group. It's a carousel. We are in systematic oppression. Solidarity for ALL. Not mine only.
