I had a great conversation with @JamesonCamp yesterday.

It made me realize I needed to revamp my service offering.

I found a great step by step process and put this together last night.

//Thread//
STEP 1. Identify target customer's top questions and problems

Here are three I hear most often:

- “The people I hire just need to do their job.”

- “Things don’t get done unless I do them.”

- “It is impossible to find people who stick around.”
What they are really saying,

"I need a people management system that keeps my team engaged and focused."

After I had this dialed in, I moved onto step 2.
STEP 2. Identify and develop solutions for top obstacles

I have three service offerings to help with these concerns

- One-on-one coaching
- Cohort leadership development programs
- Delegation/coaching process implementation and onboarding
STEP 3. Link "features" to "benefits" to create an outline of service offering

I've learned the hard way that marketing services is not about the features, it is about the benefits the customer receives.

I'll continue working on this, but here is what I have so far.
Start-to-End Leadership Process Management:

Handling training, roll out process, and observations ensuring all levels of leadership understand how to develop and inspire their team with a practical inspection and feedback process.
Twice Monthly Individual Coaching:

Help ensure leadership is focused on the most critical tasks, has defined priorities, and have aligned their energy and resources with their goals.
Leadership Development Programs:

Invest in the development of your top performers to ensure they know you are invested in their long-term success, prepare them for future roles, and helping them excel in their current position.
STEP 4. Labeling it with a benefit-rich name

Here is my first attempt.

"One-stop revamp for your organization's management and leadership system."
This is a work in progress, but a great step forward.
