Seems like some ppl aren't understanding what it means when we say big accs are "selling followers". A big ARMY acc can sell their followers with our without actually making money, but either way - they are still selling the follow, and it's still problematic. Let me explain.
Someone (a sponsor) approaches a big ARMY acc and says "I will pay you [and/or pay for a GA item] and in return you will require your followers to follow me [and/or RT, like, go to a link, etc.]." The ARMY acc may or may not make some kind of a profit on the deal.
In the GA community, this is normal. GA hosts & probably most followers are aware of & okay with these terms & risks. They're here to search for free $$, hoping for luck. Some of them are also stupid, & fraudulent, but that's not my problem - as long as they stay in their lane.
But this is ARMY. We're here for BTS. If you monetize your followers, you will likely prioritize follow numbers above all else. ARMY CANNOT TRUST YOU. You WILL do things that harm BTS / ARMY in order to not bleed followers. We've been watching accs do this over & over for months.
This means when shit gets crazy around here & toxic ppl are in the dms or @-ing a big ARMY acc to ask them to boost things, guess what? They'll post just about anything, for anyone. And they will never, ever speak out on issues unless they think it will grow their follower count.
These big ARMY accs doing sponsored GAs become people pleasers to everyone in order to keep & grow their follower count. They are not philanthropists. They're opportunists, & they will bend like the wind to do whatever the loudest ppl want them to do. No morals. Just followers.
So it does not matter if the big ARMY acc says "I never scammed anyone, ppl always got their prize" or "I did profit but I spent the money on helpful things" or "I never sent anyone links or made them give private info".

If you want spend your days giving your clicks to rando accs & fill your brain with crypt0 dreams, go. Leave. Make a new acc. Go be part of the GA community, and we’ll wish you luck. But don’t bring that shit into our house, into the special community that BTS & ARMY have built.
