Let's talk about Inside Out (1/5):

It's a fun movie that satirizes what happens inside our brains, with a meaning so deep, one could argue that it is destined for kids & adults alike.

This is a beautiful film that helps us find the way to embrace the true nature of our emotions

Joy can sometimes feel as the antagonist of the movie, usurping Sadness attempts to work & let Riley experience other emotions.

The thing is, Joy needs to learn that emotions are more complex than what she thinks & that being joyous all the time is not always the answer.
(3/5)

It is obviously good to always try & see the bright side of things & stay optimistic, but sometimes, the situation demands a different kind of reaction.

Emotions can never be truly appreciated if they aren't don't compared & contrasted with one another.
(4/5)

One must allow oneself to feel and let emotions burst from the inside out when needed. They are meant to be expressed, not suppressed:

If it's joy, live the moment,

If it's anger, play a sport or find a way to let out the steam,

If it's sadness cry it out,

The film teaches through Joy, that the key to matureness is to know how, why, & when to express our feelings.

How sometimes other emotions are the key to unlock ourselves & how many of the most meaningful moments of our lives are a combination of feelings.
