I am not kidding. I have learned SO much.
Running a meeting? Not easy. Still far from perfect, but I’ve got the basics down.
Keeping track of the moving pieces of a project? Check that (only dropped a few things along the way...as far as I know)

still an ongoing process, but with the support of the @PrincetonDH crew feasible and not THAT scary.
