In 2017 *Sarah was a victim of his voyeurism. The first in a string of escalating sexual crimes he committed prior to Libby.

All of this yet Humberside Police said there was there was "no clear pattern of offending".

If we do not believe more could of been done to stop the murder of Libby Squire we are failing to tackle predators like Relowicz.

More must be done to track + manage perpetrators.
