Here are the key findings. I highly recommend reading them. Apologies that they are screenshots only, it converts poorly to text.
For the next month (& beyond), the findings & methodology of the report were questioned by certain Board members. The Board agreed to hire paid facilitators for the meetings about the report & about NLG Must Change's resolution that was based on the report.
