I ❤️ dividend stocks!

But you can't deny that Tech is the future. Some of the highest profit margin companies out there are SaaS co's

Software

a
Service

Over the course of the last year, many of my investments have been in SaaS companies

What's the idea here?

The idea is to capture some of the incredible advances in tech that are happening today.

And frankly, the best tech companies who make it long term, will mature into dividend-paying companies in the future

For example, look at $AAPL
$AAPL 2010 dividend = $0.00

$AAPL 2015 dividend = $0.51/share

$AAPL 2020 dividend = $0.81/share

$AAPL 2025 dividend = 📈📈📈

Same story with $MSFT - the biggest winners usually mature into dividend payers

So why not find the NEXT Apple; the NEXT Microsoft?
Why is the SaaS model so popular? Many SaaS companies have:

- High % margins (you only write the software once, then sell it many times)

- Low customer turnover (costs a lot to switch away)

- Subscriber model (recurring monthly revenue)

I've been investing in SaaS co's like:
$U
$NET
$APPS
$UPST
$DDOG
$LMND
$CRWD

Before you invest in any Tech or SaaS stocks, know that many of these are young companies whose stock prices may swing dramatically

If you don't have the stomach for it, that's OK - just stick with mature dividend stocks.
