I used to be someone who would dreaded my period and blamed it when I ate like shit or was in a sour mood.

And all of this would propel to an even deeper hormonal imbalance to perpetuate the same cycle of bad food, bad mood (losing combo)🙅🏻‍♀️

I was only getting my period 4-5x a year, so I used birth control to regulate my cycle (per my doc) and guess what, I don’t see that doc no mo! Why? 🗣 Because birth control does not balance your hormones! Synthetic hormones messing up my system, who knew? 🙄
I was gaining weight, my skin was breaking out, I had no energy, low libido, confidence was slipping farther away, and I was just deeply unhappy. This was a tough place to be in. I have always exuded positivity and hid behind it when I was down instead of facing it or changing.🥴
Fast forward couple years, I got off the pill and my moon cycle was all outta whack. I was determined to fix this naturally and get to the root of it.

I started studying more about gut health and balancing hormones with diet, fasting and natural wellness. No more fake bullsh*t😪
I started to realize that so many symptoms (like mine) that arise in young women with hormonal imbalance all lead back to the root: gut health. But this is just usually dealt with by prescribing birth control, and that’s not okay! 😤 We must be more vigilant with our health!
Now my period comes like clockwork on the exact day I expect it. I embrace my moon cycle and see it as a time for clearing negative energy. Mood swings don’t have to be a thing! Get your diet right, exercise, focus on gut health and watch your hormones balance and thrive!
Your mood and life will be lifted in so many ways. Sometimes, we truly are our own best doctors when you really get to know your body. I will be releasing a guide book soon for hormonal reset!
