I think it's time to talk about toxic white feminism in Obstetric Nursing

I don't even like working on those floors bc of the cliques, the bullying and disrespect towards Black people & People of color patients and healthcare workers

Its terrible and needs to be addressed

Maternal outcomes are bad for Black women & women of color due to the toxic white feminist culture in obstetrics

I'm not sure why we are trying to act like it's anything else

If you come into this thread with why do you have to talk about white ppl
