What You Tolerate Will Continue.

///Thread\\\\\\
Usually, when someone says to you, "What are you tolerating in life."

You may think about the external: people and things.

But what if it had more to do with you and the 3 areas you have the most control over in life?

1) Your Body

2) Your Mind

2) Your Environments
"Clever people will recognize and tolerate nothing but cleverness."
- Henri Frederic Amiel

You need to recognize the parts of life you are not clever with; what are you tolerating?

1) Your Body:

Do you drink too much alcohol? Not workout enough? Eat too much junk food?
2) Your Mind:

Do you use too much negative self talk? Get angry too often? Watch negative TV too much?

3) Your Environments:

Do you tidy your house enough? Choose to stay in a toxic job? Have a hectic workspace?
When you look at those three areas, your body, mind, and environments

And ask yourself these questions, you will say to yourself:

"Yeah, there's a lot of things in my life that I am tolerating."
You tolerate:

Not working-out enough

Negative chatter in your mind

Letting yourself get angry or upset quickly.

Not keeping your work areas clean enough.

Even if you have already grown a lot, there will be areas you have begun to tolerate lower standards for yourself.
That’s why you need to ask yourself regularly:

"What am I tolerating right now?"

If you were to sit down and think through this exercise

Thinking about your body, mind, and environments, you can constantly catch and improve any areas you have allowed to slip.
We are all on a journey that journey never stops

But we might get complacent or even grow past what we once thought was okay

It is key to take a step and review what type of life we are willing to tolerate.
"Executives owe it to the organization and to their fellow workers not to tolerate nonperforming individuals in important jobs."
- Peter Drucker

You are the CEO of your life. Don't let yourself do a bad job in these 3 key areas.

Stop tolerating below standard work.
