Christian Mate Pulisic was born on September 18th 1998 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, USA and was raised in a football (soccor for the Americans) home as a boy Pulisic greatly admired Luis Figo. He lived in England for a year at the age of 7 where he played for the Brackly town youth

Team. His father Mark became manager of an indoor club called Detroit Ignition during the mid 2000s at this time Christian played for Michigan Rush. He and his family then returned back to Hershey where he grew up playing for a local US development academy

And he occasionally trained with local professional team called Harrisburg City Islanders now Penn FC when he was in his teens. He represented the USA u15 and u17 youth levels. In February 2015 borussia dortmund signed christian as a 16 year old and played him in their u17 team.

He was then moved up to their u19 squad in the summer of 2015. After scoring 10 and assisting 8 in just 15 games he was called up to the first team over the winter break. On january 30th 2016 he made his professional debut in a 2-0 win against FC Ingolstadt at just age 17

Under none other than Thomas Tuchel. He then made his first start on February 21st against Leverkusen and he scored his first goal on April 17th in a 3-0 win against Hamburg becoming the fourth youngest bundesliga player to score a goal he also became the youngest player to score

2 goals in the bundesliga. During his 127 games at the club he scored 19 and assisted 26 before making his move to Chelsea. On January 2nd 2019 for a fee around £58 million pulisic signed for chelsea making him the most expensive american player of all time

Pulisic made his chelsea debut on August 11th 2019 in a game we dont ever talk about and his first goal came with his perfect hat trick away at burnley on October 26th 2019 becoming the second american to score a premeir leauge hat trick and the youngest player to score

A hat trick for chelsea at the age of 21 years and 38 days and the first to score a perfect hat trick for chelsea since didier drogba in 2010. Pulisic then went on to score in his next two leauge games against crystal palace and watford.

He then hit full form post lockdown and ended the season with 11 goals and 10 assists in all competitions. This season injuries have caused many problems for pulisic but when he scored against leeds on december 5th he became the fastest American to get 10 premier leauge goals

In his 54 games for the club pulisic has scored 13 goals and assisted 11. I have no doubt that under tuchel we will get the very best out of pulisic and well see that post lockdown form return
