I hate whenevr something like this happens and people play the cancel culture card. Cancel culture is a terrible terrible thing, but this isn't cancel culture.
Cancel culture is bringing up James Gunn's decade old tweets that are slightly offensive, that he had apologised for many times, and criticisng him as he is now for that, despite how much he had changed
Cancel culture is putting people up on a podium of expecting perfection and being so torn apart by any realisation that they too are human and will make understandable mistakes from time to time, that you decide their career needs to be over
Cancel culture is ravaging, power lusting chase for the feeling you get when you can easily cause massive devestating changes to someone else's life online without any consideration for the human being you are affecting

Gina's stuff has been going on for ages and she has never apolgiised once. she knew what she was doing and stood by her bigoted views.
Disney as a coorporation doesn't stand by those views because they are wrong and so they can't stand by her when she upholds them

We as viewers of Mando, (mostly) don;t stand by those views. They are directly harmful to so many of the fans of this show. they fail to meet basic human deceny in treating others with love and respect.
