@RACO_DF Conor King: "yet again, the prohibition on members of the Defence Forces taking industrial action had been exploited" Says this is further justification for separate pay review body recognising unique nature of military service with no right to strike/affiliate to #ICTU.
@RACO_DF: Having been excluded from final talks despite firm assurances from both ministers they would have "strong voice" RACO can't ballot members on #BuildingMomentum as unable to secure final clarification of outstanding issues from #DPER and #DefenceForces management .
@RACO_DF: on 10/12 got assurances of fair treatment. "That night, #BuildingMomentum was concluded with no DF representative association input/consultation, Released to media following morning before non #ICTU affiliates were even notified of its contents"
