The Zionists in 1930s Germany were not the same people as those who govern Israel and occupy Palestine today.

The Zionists who negotiated evacuation of Jews from Germany were not powerful actors. They had no state, no military, no funding. They were Jews who wanted to imagine a way out of persecution.

They were the victims of white supremacy and colonialism, not its perpetrators.
