ohk lets keep the student to teacher ratio aside, what does this teacher does?
Nothing , Absolutely nothing.

1st: Not even BPL population is confident on our government school's education
2nd: hard-earned tax money is being wasted
3rd: Those who have opted for govt schools get nothing in hand when it comes to quality of education.

4th: They are having premises worth Crs which don't serve its purpose, they also have supplementary clerical staff who also draws the same salary, for doing NOTHING.
5th: Because of this inefficiency private schools have their new market and education became business.

Well The questions are
1st: Why there is no proper management of learning objectives and outcomes?
2nd: No monitoring of instruction quality, no due actions are being taken, who is responsible for this?
3rd: Why not privatization in management of Teaching Talent?

Its not just about the school, the same goes to kindergarten and the same goes to government colleges as well.

ps : There are some good exceptions, but I say majority just take home salary for doing nothing, that's harsh reality.
Tragic reality imo. If someone digs up the rs spent on this non-performing old-age talent, you will be surprised that why we are having private schools.

Now the example I take place in each and every corner of the village and city, now use your imagination and think where does this massive budget of public welfare goes?
