So here’s a shoutout to some of the amazing twitter women who have helped make this podcast the awesome platform that it is

Not only an amazing scientist, Jielai is also just a seriously wonderful and supportive human
There’s Prof Judy at the @BakerResearchAu helping find cures for the side effects of Diabetes! (Episode #15) She is the living embodiment of passion and resilience!
. @DrReneeGoreham is an innovative teacher and researcher in Nanotech, very worthy of a listen in Episode #16!
Yet another amazing human is @nchapmanTAS who just became a doctor ( #phdone) founded @ThatsScienceTAS AND researches how to help improve cardiovascular health with apps (Episode #25)
. @ThatsScienceTAS needed a shoutout for being an awesome platform highlighting diverse STEM voices from all across the country, serious high five worthy stuff!
The brilliant @CharlotteBirky is suuuuppper close to the end of her PhD helping understand sharks and shark life! She’s also a brilliant science communicator and really worth a follow if you’re into marine research (and a cute doggo)
Last weeks episode with @holliespeer who’s not only in the midst of her PhD but also helping run @pintofscienceAU in Canberra, really highlights the amazing work students do!
Phew! And that’s just the awesome women on Twitter who’s episodes are already out!
Coming up we have @g_wardfear an inspiring researcher helping to save Goannas from cane toads, she’s also had a book written about her!
We can’t forget @OliviaH36325452 who’s doing fascinating work in gestational diabetes research, you’ll learn so much about the placenta in this one!
And last but not least @StephMcLenn an Antarctic Geoscientist who’s story is a wonderful one of adaptation and resilience.
With so many seriously awesome women in Science (and STEMM more broadly) in Australia there really is no excuse not to be sharing their stories, experiences and research all the time. It’s not a once a year deal.. these brilliant people are doing awesome things 24/7!
