You can try all of that in the beginning, but the ego death/ dark night of the soul is h e a v y. Its immediate and you gotta process it daily. Its like going through the worst breakup daily for years lol You got no choice but to stop lookin to external things to get past it.

Youll talk to ppl bout it in the beginning, youll try to even talk to your Twin Flame but that blows up in your face. There are no options left. You are really forced to go within and align with your Soul. Whos gonna listen to you crying heavy bout the same shit daily for years?

Thats why this process is so sacred. Its truly a journey to the Self, to really diving into inner alchemy. It breaks you open in the most intense and transformative way. You can get support from others on the same path, sure. But its truly You whos going to pull you through it

There's no running from this once you're in it. The Universe will keep throwing it in your face over and over again. Whether its seeing their name pop up everywhere, seeing specific synchronicities bout em, having Twin Flame info pop up. Its relentless. You got no choice.

You can try to look to external distractions and vices but that'll only prolong you aligning with true consistent inner peace. You might as well face it head on.
