$CMLF / $CMLF and @sema4 - Deep dive on my largest position post merger announcement. I was expecting a more focused company, stagewise, as the target but am very excited about sema4 as the merger partner.
The thing that fits biopharma really well from a SPAC perspective and something that Eli identified is 2-fold:

1) biopharma has worthwhile things to execute capital onto

2) in a SPAC format you can talk about a road map and milestones without flying in the face of the SEC
This is crucial as the past is largely irrelevant in the market and more importantly the biopharma space. The two major questions I have moving forward are only surrounding the road map and capital allocation.t
The good news is, with @sema4 and $CMLF I don't think there's a wrong capital allocation strategy. Double down on AI molecule and disease marker discovery? Great. Expand the patient care side? Great. Expand the team? (They are hiring) Great. More diagnostic kits? Great.
The one part of the life cycle that I don't see them touching and might not be necessary, is the manufacturing side of things. I might develop the ai or a team / technology that can design and deploy smart biopharma manufacturing. CGT manufacturing has come a LONG way.
I think their analytics and AI components could be bootstrapped into an engineering paradigm to design smart biopharma facilities and disrupt that sector at a modular / deployable scale.
Sticking with their bread and butter i really think they can become a more valuable and modern @Labcorp as their breadth and AI backbone provides a lot of tailwinds to generate smarter products with better results.
$CMLFU / $CMLF have a final advantage with their bio informatics and and biopharama drug discovery team. That flex capacity and cyclical tailwinds for biopharma combined with orphan drug and patient-specific therapies opens up a world of opportunities for them.
One other obvious tailwind and why I have been using $CMLFU as my bank account since October is $ARKK and $ARKG. With the pedigree on this acquisition team it is a done deal that those funds will add $CMLF. I 100% guarantee that this will happen.
I see $CMLF trading at no less than $100 by 2023 and at the rate this market is going, maybe next month. Very happy with the target company, and will be treating CMLF2 as my new bank account in 2021. @AnthonyOhayon @PoundingDaTable @Zen_Options
If you are trying to decide between $CMLFU, $CMLF and $CMLFW I would read the S1 and go with whatever suited your risk tolerance. CMLFU is a share and a warrant, CMLF is a share, and CMLFW is a warrant. All have value and all are derived from $CMLF!
