“...is not currently employed...” versus a standard “we’ve parted ways” is interesting. Makes me wonder if maybe this went down between the finale and now? Could be? I’m sure some clarifications will come out.

In any case, I know it was frustrating for so many people, myself included, that it took so long. And many will rightfully say it should have happened sooner. But I’m glad it happened.

Contracts, promo agreements, NDAs, hush clauses, non-disparagement, etc. can all play in. There’s stuff we’ll just never be privy to. But I’m glad clarity came today after so much time and build-up.

Like I’ve seen firsthand how much time and effort it takes for goddamn Trader Joe’s management to fire someone. It is *difficult* to pull off while keeping your hands clean & your papers in order. Lots of tricky stuff to navigate. Can’t imagine this level. Glad they finished it.
