Tōku Pāpā, @RubySolly’s debut poetry collection, is in stores now and will be launching at @unitybookswgtn from 6pm TONIGHT!

Ruby has been a wonderful part of the Aotearoa poetry scene for many years - both reading and publishing her own work and in the support she's given to many other writers. We first got to work with her back in Issue 5 of Starling, publishing these poems: https://www.starlingmag.com/issue-5/ruby-solly

In 2018 Ruby held one of the @verbwellington x Starling micro-residencies, where she worked on the Tōku Pāpā manuscript. Her poem 'The Machete', which was a part of her residency work, was later published in Issue Seven of Starling: https://www.starlingmag.com/issue-7/ruby-solly
