This variant is already known to have E484K found in B.1.1.7 and B.1.351. It’s not new. Multiple vaccines are already effective against this (see myself previous threads for more information cause I point it out) and being modified even further to establish even higher efficacy.
Also FYI this is variant B.1.1.7+E484K mutation we were aware of last week. With “Bristol” put on the front. This is why it’s important to consider the sources you get your information from. “May” and “potentially” without data screams sensationalistic panic so that you click.
