Want to point out to those wondering about the nausea as being the “entire effect”. 17% of participants had nausea and 86% of people in sema arm had 5% or greater weight loss so nausea most definitely does not explain all of it. And the 86%, 5% or greater is stunning
I made a dumb mistake and misread that table. It was 17% nausea in placebo and 44% in sema arm. Still point stands that 86% lost more than 5% BW so this is not "just nausea"
