Del. Plaskett introduces the new footage of law enforcement reporting assaults:

"What you are about to hear has not been made public before."

One voice shouts: "They're throwing metal poles at us."

Now, Plaskett is rolling security footage of officers overwhelmed by assailants, including a man in full tactical body armor and a baseball bat.

Plaskett is telling the backstory of Officer Goodman, who was seen diverting the rioters.

Security footage also shows him bringing Senator Romney to safety.

New security footage shows Officer Goodman provoking the rioters to draw them from the door of the Senate chamber and toward the other officers.

"The rioter seen carrying a baseball bat in this video is the same one we saw moments ago breaching the window," Plaskett noted.
