One day, my house mate asked me to renew their car license for R250. I happily accepted.
While at the traffic department, I spoke to a gentleman in front me.
He layed out the entire game out for me in a five minute convention.

I currently do between 10 - 20 car license renewals a week.
I charge R200 per renewal.
On average, the least amount I walk away with is R2000 per week.
Takes 10 - 15 hours a week to get done.

What you need to get started:

There's three ways in which you can get generate sales ( Income ) :
1. Advertise on social media. This includes whatsapp. Your social network should be aware of this.

2. Approach people while they queuing and let them know that you que for other people.
Specifically target the people who complain about how long the ques are. You need to be confident whem talking to people

3. Approach car dealerships, inform them of your service and fee.
They regularly do car change of ownership when buying cars.
Your main aim here should be to strike a partnership where they can use your services regularly.

If your fee is to high, negotiate. But by all means, try and seal a deal.

To date, I have approached over 75 car dealerships.
I have only managed to close a partnership with 4 of these dealerships.

Once you get sales.
For every license renewal, you will need the owner to provide you with the following information:
- Copy of their ID
- A permission letter stating that you can renew on their behalf
- A copy of your ID / Passport
