Just to highlight the scale of the disconnect - many in the private sector won't even be able to read this paper... because it's paywalled.
For climate scientists on the job market, I'm just going to go ahead and quote this whole section, because "climate translator" is a big part of my job in insurance. These positions are coming, and are an opportunity to add real value with your expertise.
