Skilled workers may realize the tradeoff of lower corporate income taxes is higher taxes for households- and they may not be willing to pay higher taxes unless the state offers them the amenities and public goods & services they prefer -e.g. higher ed spending - OH ranks 36th 4/n

PEOPLE run firms. PEOPLE make the decision where to locate their business (and their families). And many people want to take their companies and their families to a place that is nice to live - not just a place that offers low tax rates to their company!
$50 MILLION on an advertising campaign like this is fiscally irresponsible (at best).
