This is the going over facts bit where we point out everything we all know about what with trump refusing to accept the electoral college outcome

I think I missed a word in that raskin quote but that’s a hell of a line

One thing I wonder is how many young politicians are going to cultivate an Obama cadence for the next decade or so

“Young” meaning people in my age cohort natch

I will say that that’s the least convincing thing here; it’s not at all abnormal for protest groups to show up to mayors houses and the like

Which is swalwell’s main point, that this all went to eleven

So a thing I often tell people is that when you get into the screenshot wars you’re already losing

Look so here’s the thing: absolutely nobody disputes the facts they’re putting into evidence

You can’t, it’s livestreams or clips still live on this here website

So it’ll be a lot of evidence and then trump’s lawyers will attempt to argue that none of it matters

And everyone will vote the way they were already going to vote

Nothing is new information but lots of people didn’t see all this detail in this order.
