Getting a chance to read the "Hamilton rapid transit benefits report". Why are we paying really competent transportation professionals to waste everyone's time on this?

Just look at these disclaimers at the front of the report. Basically renders it useless for any purpose other than-- you guessed it-- politics
imagine being the cartographer at Mlx and being asked to create this map.

Honestly, I've never seen something so obviously cynical and political dressed up in professional analysis.
