Thread - My experience getting arrested and charged with prostitution in the US.
Okay so this might turn into a long thread but I’m going to start it now while I have time. I don’t feel comfortable sharing what city this happened in but if we are mutuals you are welcome to DM me

I was arrested 2 years ago in an operation run buy the FB1 called Oper*tion B*ckcountry. I am honestly not sure if this is continuing to happen but it happens for about a week in the US, chosen at random. You can google it for more info.
I really wish I did have the screening info they provided, but I worked for an agency at the time. You can assume there probably wasn’t much screening done if any. The appointment was booked out for a week in advance (not a same day appointment!!!) and it was for a couple.
They also changed the date. I showed up, parallel parked, and (ugh) saw 4 cop cars drive past me, stop about a block behind me, and then pull into the parking garage. I called the agency and asked should I go in? I just saw multiple cop cars go buy. They told me to go for it
This is not me putting all of the blame on them I really should have just left. But I had $25 in my bank account and a $600 bill the next day, I needed this money.
At this point in my career I would have just left. But then I had no choice but to go against my better judgement.

I met the couple outside of the apartment complex, the woman hugged me and we went upstairs. The apartment was void of anyone else. I later learned that this was a newer complex and they were allowed to run stings out of it before actual tenants moved in.
Some weird things I noticed - I asked them what they did for work, there was some hesitation from the guy. The woman was an excellent actress. We got to the apartment, there was boxes everywhere and they claimed they had just moved in.
We sat down, they started asking me what’s included in the rate. I was really dumb at the time and took the money they handed to me and also answered their questions (stupid stupid stupid!!!) “Will you eat me out while he is fucking you?” they also asked how much of a cut
my agency took out of my rate. the woman excused herself, i was standing facing the couch (don’t remember what i was doing) and the guy asked if i wanted water. suddenly the door opens, a guy in a bulletproof vest comes out the door. i think i was just in pure shock but
before i knew it my hands were in handcuffs. between 5-6 men came out, aggressively asking me where i put the money and how i got there, telling me they were going to impound my car. asking for the passcode to my phone. the woman started patting me down checking for a weapon
this is a side note but afterwards i always wondered why the fuck there were so many cops there when i was just a single woman that had no chance of taking them down. after watching Maggie McNeill’s “War on Whores” (which i recommend you check out) it made a lot more sense
that they are just there for the show. i was having a full on panic attack, crying, and although i was lucky i wasn’t naked yet it was completely humiliating. i distinctly remember them lounging on the couch while i was panicking
they hustled me out, two men took me to a car in the parking garage while i remained handcuffed. i was driven to the police station where there was snacks laid out, clothes to change into, and a human trafficking advocate there for me to speak to. i think this is RARE
and was solely because the FB! was apart of this sting. the advocate was not helpful whatsoever lol but she was nice. the cops tried talking to me, i wasn’t giving them the information the wanted, they told me they wanted me specifically because i looked so young
i don’t show my face so not really sure how that makes sense but remember these are very stupid pigs. the FBI initially tried to interview me, two suits, and the woman asked what would ever compel me to do this, to sell my body and put myself in a dangerous position.
cops came in, told me they wouldn’t be recording

then asked me why i didn’t just get a job as a substitute teacher to make money (???) and if i do this for the “sexual thrill”. lesson of all this is just don’t speak to cops. they WILL lie, they will do ANYTHING

to use your words against you.
So long story short I was a first time offender and got a pretrial diversion. I was REALLY lucky and was able to have a friend lend me cash for bail and a lawyer. For those of you that don’t know a pretrial diversion is kinda like probation but

your case hasn’t gone to trial yet. The county I was in had a “human trafficking” pretrial diversion where you had to take a class, promise you will NEVER do sex work again, and if you get arrested again for ANYTHING pretrial diversion is out the window.
The cops also had a few questions for me
that they asked through my lawyer. They were really, really interested in whether or not I had a P411 or Eccie account, or if any of my clients did. They LITERALLY said they will takeover these accounts and book providers with them

They ALSO had fake DLs/IDs. I’m sure they don’t go through any back door fake ID people they absolutely can get them from the state.
Some tips: I do NOT see anyone with just P411 info. I need real life info. I know for a fact these accounts get compromised. Cops will offer a plea deal to clients/providers that have them. It 100% happens. Choose to believe me or not but it’s a thing.
If you have a driver, be wary. Someone I got arrested with had a friend and her child waiting for her in the car (absolutely NO judgement) and they arrested her FRIEND as a trafficker and CPS took her baby. Fuckers.
And I know this is privileged, but just listen to your gut. I don’t go to personal residences unless they’re an established client. I had a terrible feeling after seeing the cop cars that I ignored and I paid for it.
Thousands in lawyer fees, pretrial diversion fees, bail, and at the end of the day STILL couldn’t pay my bills. Oh, and I couldn’t work either.
The woman I got arrested with did not answer their questions or take the money and still was taken with me to jail. She did the right thing and would have an easier time if it went to court, but she still came to jail with me
So definitely don’t answer any explicit questions for first time clients. We’re just paid for our time together. Put the money on the counter please.
You’ll have an easier time beating it in court if it comes to that. Don’t talk to police, seriously don’t. I think in most states the only thing they’re allowed to do is identify you with an ID. Make it clear you want to speak to a lawyer. Make it clear you’re invoking your
right to remain silent. I know it seems like common sense but when you’re having a panic attack or sitting in an interrogation room, they will try anything to get you to talk. Stupid silly questions. Look up interrogation videos on youtube to see what i mean
I think this is all I got. I hope it was helpful. Be safe out there y’all. ACAB
