You can monitor your calorie intake and allocate your macronutrients.

For fat burning I recommend a high protein - low carb diet:

2 gr. of protein/ body kg or
1 gr. of protein/ body lb
8. Download MiFit app by Xiaomi

You can connect this app with your Xiaomi Smartwatch or Band and with your digital body scales.

You have to monitor your progress daily.

That motivates you and keeps you connected with your goal.

Weight your body every morning before eating.
